All major credit cards accepted. Prepayments with company checks are also accepted. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit by our factor company Lyon. Credit limits are based on credit history and/or credit references. No C.O.D. orders are accepted.

Shipments

Standard shipping is FedEx, F.O.B. Waukegen, IL. All other shipping terms must be pre-approved and are subject to additional fees.

Return Policy

Claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of shipped goods. No returns accepted without authorization of Poo~Pourri. A restocking fee of 25% applies. Return merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and in sellable condition. Custom items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to not accept damaged returns.
